Regular maintenanceOur team comes to your pool on a regular plan, checks the water and the equipment and keeps the pool clean. You agree with us how often we come, and you know who is looking after your pool. If something needs a repair, we tell you before we do it.

Pumps, filters and chlorinatorsWhen a pump, a filter or a chlorinator stops working well, we repair it or replace it. If the equipment is old, we explain the options for an upgrade in plain words, with the price in writing before the work starts.

While you are abroadMany owners live abroad for part of the year. We look after the pool while you are away and keep you informed with photos and reports, so you know the pool is ready when you or your guests arrive.

Villas, holiday homes and communitiesWe maintain pools at private villas, holiday homes, hotels and owner communities in the south, from Maspalomas and Meloneras to Puerto Rico. For a community, we agree the visits with the administrator and keep to the community's rules on working hours and noise.

You receive a clear written quote: the price, what is included and the dates. For pools and larger projects we also make a 3D design.

Planning and schedule

We agree the start date, the order of the works and the materials before anything begins.

The build, with a site manager

Our partner team on site does the work. One person manages it and reports to you, on WhatsApp or by phone.

Handover and guarantee

We check the finished work together with you. You get the keys, and the work comes with a guarantee.

Yes. At the visit we look at the pool and its equipment, whoever built it. The written quote then says what the maintenance includes and how often our team comes.

We tell you what has happened, with a photo, and send you the price in writing for the repair or for a new pump. When you say yes, our team does the work.

Yes. Tell us when you or your guests arrive, and we plan a visit before that date, so the pool is clean and ready to use.
